We solicit original and unpublished contributions presentingreviews, fundamental research and appropiate papers related to theme.The Complete manuscript should be in IEEE- double column format. Paper should clearly describe new and carefully confirmed results and experimental procedure which should be given in required details for others to verify the work. The Paper can be up to 8 pages excluding references and abstract. For proper referring and fast publication all manuscript should be grammatically correct. All submitted papers will undergo doble - blind review and accepted paper will be notified through mail. All accepted papers must be registered by 15th March 2015 for publishing in conference proceeding books
